What is Sentigrade?

Sentigrade is an Application Programming Interface (API) service for companies, freelancers, and developers to grade the sentiment for customer feedback - whatever the channel may be.

Sentiment analysis is the process of computationally identifying and categorizing opinions expressed in a piece of text, especially in order to determine whether the writer's attitude towards a particular topic, product, etc. is positive, negative, or neutral.

And it's not just text, transcribe an audio or video file to text and process it, too. For example convert voice mails left on a customer support line to text and automatically submit to Sentigrade.
